Houston Tx RE Market
I will be flying to Houston in the next couple of weeks to purchase a SFR in Katy and Woodlands areas. This will be my buy and hold properties. If you know the areas, pls give me some input. Good or bad are welcome. I just wanted to get second opinion before making my final decision. TIA.

The Woodlands and Katy are very nice areas with good schools. These two areas are rather large, but nice none the less. As I understand, homes have appreciated nicely in these areas.

do you have an agent that you work with there?
I contacted two agents there. I'll have to decide which one to use. I might use both of them if they are good. Will have to wait and see. I will also looking for a management company. PLs let me know if you know any good reputable management company.
