House Tied Up In Probate
Hello, I am looking for some help. I have come across a vacant(18 months) home that I have found out thru neighbors is tied up in probate and liable to be there a while. Do I have to wait for it to clear probate or is there a way to go about this differently? I do not want to be unethical or break any laws. Thanks for all input. John
