Does anyone know of a good basic book that explains home valuation in layman terms.
I was wondering also if anyone out there was the Dummies Collection Book On Mortgages.
If so, please offer a review for me.
I'm trying to understand the spread between purchase price and the after rehab value and where the equity comes to play in all this.
Lord, I am so confused.
