HELP! QUESTIONS! For A Newby

Hi i am 20 and i have been very interested in real estate investing for the past year. i have read a couple of books and have the carlton sheets whole thing. i feel like i don't know where to first plant my feet and get going in this field. i have been trying to find the laws in my area to investing and i am not coming up with anything. i cant go to a lawyer and do this cause i am short on money right now. if anyone can help me it would be greatly apprieciated.

    Read, Read, Read!

    Spend more time here on TCI, at your library, and in the comfortable chairs at Barnes and Noble. Join your local REI club.

    Now you need to figure out WHICH method you want to move forward with. I'd recommend birddoging to start out, as it educates you, pays you, and requires nothing besides your own time.

    From there you may want to get into wholesaling, assigning contracts, using options, and sub. to.
