Help!! I Have 'Analysis Paralysis'.... Need Cure
Hello...
I have been reading forums, studying courses and I have material and forms coming out of my ears. I have the above mentioned condition. I am afraid to pull the trigger or to go after anything, so I keep telling myself I need more education. I find possible leads all the time, but I do nothing. I feel overwhelmed and I don't know what to do with a property that looks like it could make me some money. What can I do to get over this? Anyone know where I am coming from? Any advice would be helpful

You might need to focus on your specific fears. Many are afraid they will screw up the paperwork or may be intimidated by it. If so, perhaps an RE agent or investor friend can help walk you through your first transaction. You may also have ownership fears: "What if nobody rents my property?", "What if all of my tenants stop paying?", etc. You then might hang out with a few investors who may be able to reduce you fears.
This is cheap "Real Estate Therapy" but I hope it may help! It is worth at least what you paid for it!
