HELP Advice Please
I just got laid off from my job where I was making 2k every two weeks, I have about 3k a month debt (roughly 1k in Vehicles which I am now selling. Anybody interested) I have about 20K in the bank that I do not want to use for debt but want to use to make money.
I have 2 rental houses with mortgages on them and making very little on them per month.
What could I do to make 2500 a month in REI here in Pinellas county florida?
ANY help would be appreciated.

Pretty broad question there, if you are looking for cashflow, getting $2500 a month could be as easy as one deal of 25 deals depending on how hard you look and how lucky you get.
There is no easy answer.
My understanding is that the market there in St. Pete is hot and that cash flow is hard to get. Since you need cash flow, try wholesaling a few.
I am looking for a Quadraplex in St. Pete/Tampa/Clearwater. If you come across anything, let me know and maybe we can do a deal.

Yes Ray I know it is pretty broad but I'm just not sure what to do. It took me awhile to find the 2 properties I have and before the layoff I was sending out about 20 - 100 mailers to out of state owners a week and got very little replies. Pinellas county is really saturated with investors.
