yes hello im very new as you can tell im also very green and im 19...i have found a house in camden new jersey im intrested in for $41000...now it comes w/ a lease until 12/05 for $631 a month now on the property through govt assistance now the mortgage calculator said id have to have $293 a month from my mortage...At my job im currently makin about a $1000 a month...For those of you that dont know camden is a bad area but if im getting a direct deposit from the government each month its guarenteed money///Any help and suggestions...some one break my chops and show me what to do

You may have some difficulty getting financing. What were you thinking of putting down? Also be sure that you know what your expenses are.
