Go to Google, and type in "homevestors" in the search line. They are legit, and all over the place. Not my cup of tea, but I'm sure that they have their loyal fans.
Honestly, I do the same thing that homevestors does. I buy and resell ugly homes. I didn't spend 70K to learn how to do it either. If you have 70k to invest I can think of much better ways to get you started
