Has anyone done an option in the last 18 months????
Not a lease option, a straight option on a single family home and the end buyer had traditional financing .
Trying to figure out how the optionor is on the HUD for 10k or more and the lender's underwriter does not have a fit.

What about a sandwich lease option?

Going once, going twice ... Has anyone written and then sold a single family home on an option in the last 18months.
Wondering if options are for real or if they are all just guru speak. There are entire boot camps on sandwich lease options, or options and nobody on this site has done one?
