if it's worth say $500 to you, I would find an attorney in FL or that knows FL law to guide you and translate all the legal jargon so that you can understand it.

There is NO assurance that what you read on web sites isn't pure fiction or a scam.

I don't have an issue paying a lawyer for proper guidance, I guess I was asking whether there were Florida state guidelines available via the web.

    Moody

I guess I was trying to make a general point.

Where is my time and money more well spent?

If it just academic interest, or do I really want to understand it?

I have used www.findlaw.com for researching "the law".

But I would have know there several different sections of law that have to do w/ lending and licenses for.

There where I get lil shots of expert advise, to help hone my search.

    Good luck.
