Hard Money Lender
Can someone please refer me to a hard money ledner in Illinois. I've contacted the compaines onthis website and have not received a response. Also, I've tried a Internet search and I'm not finding anything. My credit score is 620 but I do not have any cash.

The banks that I've contacted all want proof of funds or a pre-approval letter so I do not have a deal yet.
