Guys Your Opinion Sought- 10k And Good Credit
I just got 10k siting in the bank doing nothing - frozen because of fear. I want to jump into creative investing. last credit score 720, but in NY and deals are very difficult to find. Know all the jargon of real estate, but wondering where to start. Really not good with handi work, so rehabs seem daunting. What would u do. Respect everyman's opinion.
you could do plenty! i'd probably leave nyc for my first deal and pick up something small and walk yourself thru it. you'll never figure it out until you do one - no matter how much you thought thru it. it's amazing how much falls thru and how much a, b and c plans all fail before plan h works. i'd wholesale a few properties if i were you, to start and keep reading up on here and learning.
another thing you could do is with the good credit, you could come partner up with me (i'm right in philly - <2 hrs away) on this latest deal i have right now and you make good quick money and get that first one under your belt .
