Great News...for Me Anyways!!
I quickly came to the realization that with a credit score of 585 and only 2-3K in cash reserves, the idea of being a successful RE investor right off the bat was stretching it a little.
SO...I am now employed at CJ Brown Realtors!! I went and talked to the Broker/Manager and we hit it off! I enrolled in RE school this afternoon and upon completion, I will begin my career in RE.
In may not be much, but it is a definitive start in the direction I want my wife and I too take!!
