Gov't Resales
I am currently birddogging in Jax, Fl for some investors and while searching, found a 4/2 with pool for 62,000.
I then found out that it was a Gov't resale, I wouldn't mind having it for myself , but don't have the fund or the credit to purchase it with conventional means.
Anyone know if an investor would work with me on this kind of thing....I was thinking they put their money up I pay like 10% interest for 15 yrs. They become a partner and/or their name is on the deed as to secure their money?
