Can anybody suggest good closing agents around Phoenix, AZ? I prefer somebody that familiar with creative financing and cover most aspects of closing. Thx.
I know that this does not directly answer your question. However, I went to the AZREIA (website is www.azreia.org for the next meeting date and topic) meeting last month and there were several vendors from different title companies there that work with RE investors. You may want to attend a meeting, that way you can ask as many questions as you need from that company's representative.
