Good Books

What are some good books for beginners to read? I have a duplex and 2 rental houses currently, but still feel like I am novice and would like to read up on other ideas and methods. Thanks!

i HIGHLY recommend "Landlording- A handy manual for scrupulous landlords and landladies who do it themselves" BY Leigh Robinson. Check it out at the library, but you'll propably end up buying your own copy!
It covers EVERYTHING, including forms you are bound to use. Its a very easy read and highly entertaining!!

I think I am going to buy this book. Are there others that compare? Also, is there a source for soft copy (electronic) forms? It would be a lot easier than re-typing everything.

Here are a couple I have been reading and have found helpful as I begin my journey.

    Creating Wealth by Robert Allen
Investing in Real Estate by Andrew McLean

    I also have to mention

    Financially Free by Marc Garrison

    Good Luck!

For a decent overview of multiple real estate investing strategies, I thought Russ Whitney's building wealth book was good.

If you want to rehab and be hands off, Kevin C Meyers "Buy it, fix it, sell it, profit!" Is a great book and has a no-nonsense plan.
