Getting Paid " How To Bird Dog"
Lets get things started, I am a real estate agent in sc and i have been working on bird dogging out various tracks on land on the east coast and in my home state. I currently have a property owner who is willing to sell their property in sc, but they will not list the property with me or anyone for that matter. They are willing to work with me, and another RE agent has contacted me with a interested investor who is ready to make a move. I would like to get all my ends tied up before someone cut me out of the deal and I end up with nada. Any advice on sc contract law would be helpful on how to control the situation…….. (also the property is a sc agent )……….
