  Thanks for the reply. Best advice, pick up a newspaper and notice the ads for other investors. Things that say "will buy your house today" etc. Next, do what many don't, and call them. Tell them you are interested, get a profile of the properties they look for and invest in.
  Next, go online, search for investment club in your area. Hope this helps.

  In Jax, made the drive from Valdosta to Atlanta too many times to count, some major const going on route. 1.5hrs to valdosta, 3.5hrs to south end of 285 around atlanta. Business in Valdosta? Didn't know they had that.

  Hey I grew up in West Palm, dad and brother still live there. Was just down end of August, talk about construction...
  I'm about an hour out of Atlanta towards Augusta (Greensboror to be exact).
