just started this and i will be closeing on a 2unit fully gutted and renoveted 2 houses one in back one in front asking price was 280000 i offered 270000 man didnt move so i moved him myself. How i only wanted to give 275000 so i offered the 270000 let him feel like he won so simple to do try it some time i get 2 2bedroom homes fully gutted and updated by a builder owner central air brand new washer dryer in each unit at the shore that is137500 per house near the ocean soon after i build s0ome equity in this property i will sell the one home once it appreciates in vaule for even say 145000 and i can put that money down to pay off most of my mortgage . Then ether sell or keep and buy a 4unit home and collect rents from that i will never have to go to work for some one else again i will be self employed invester . For all who thinks you cant do it you can
