Found Person With 720-750 Credit Score And 15,000 Dollars
what would you recommend i do with this situation to make money with this person. flip deals, do rehabs, or what? i stated i have no money, bad credit, and check systems. i want to piggyback with this person but what deals should i look for with their credit and money?

Talk to neighbors!!!!!! If the house is vacant some inspection is allowed somehow. Do due diligence looking up chain of title and chain of mortgages. All things encumbering the property need to be recorded in most states. Physical problems inside are easier to fix than bad deeds ,wrong addresses that are being fought out in court. I usually just go up and ask an owner by knocking on the door if he is in foreclosure, if I may take a quick look. Worst he can say is no. Maybe hostile, maybe emphatically but no is just no!!! Everybody talks about foreclosures but until the foreclosure is actually done...it is preforeclosure and belongs to the homeowner yet, even if he is behind in payments. When the lender actually foreclosures he tries like hell for the previous owner to be out before he puts it to auction. Not always, but the attempt is tried hard.
I have the same question. Why is it that you cant look inside the homes prior to auction?
