Flipping NC Property
I have come accross a promising property in NC. It was bought as a rehab but the rehabber ran out of funds after he finished the outside of the house. My question is what is the best way to find someone to flip a property to in North Carolina ?
A good method would be to find the nearest REIA and advertise it to the members there.
You could also run an ad in a local area newspaper.
Call some RE agents that specialize in foreclosures. They usually have a few investors that would be intersested in a good rehab deal.
