Flat Fee Mls
Can anyone give me an opinion on flat fee mls listings please. I was considering this and then someone told me that some agents wont wanna show the house because they know its a home owner trying to sell it and they dont want to work with home owners.

I run a flat fee mls service. I have not had any problems with other agents showing the listings. The listing agent is the one taking the reduction, the buyers agent is still receiving the same standard 3 percent.
