FL Prepayment Penalty Laws
Does anyone know if there are any FL statutes regarding prepayment penalties. This is not a high-cost loan. But my seller's attorney wants a 10 year prepayment penalty. Just wondering - I would love to stick it to this pompous attorney. Brenda
