As I have stated before, I have been dealing with the fear factor for three years. I just can't get over this hurled. I know this is what I want, because it's all I can think about.

I would say that not having much money and not the best credit, has also played apart in my fear. But, Knowledge should make me overcome all.

I still think I am missing something. So, what should be the very first thing I do.

Do I find the property and then worry about financing. Do I get my financing together then the property.

I would say I missing the main ingredents. I have read book after book.
They all tell you alot. But, I need to know where does point A begin and where it ends.

Please help!!!!!!!!

    wendi6,

    Glad to meet you.

First let me explain that knowledge will not overcome anything, applied knowledge however will.

What type of investing do you wish to pursue, this will tell us what course of action you should take.

I would like to obtain properties at a discount. Fix them up. Sale or Rent which ever the neighborhood allows. I also would like to learn more about purchasing Pre-Foreclosures and Foreclosed properties. Currently, I am employed for a title company, and would say that I have a good amount of knowledge in this area of RE.

    Thanks for your help, Wendi
