Finding The Owner
Ok pros need some help on this one. This house been vacant for many years. I did a record search and fond the owerns live in the next town. I did a search on the house that they supposed to live in. Turns out they dont. In fact i think they are dead. Up untill last tax period the taxes were paid. Last period they were sold in tax sale. Big tax sale investment firm bought it. I feel pretty confident the investment co is not looking for the property just the intrest on taxes. Now my question is how do i try to get this one?
I think I gonna send letter to "owners" address anyway cant hurt
Any other suggestions?
Lets just say that they are dead then what happens?
