Finding Property Owners - VACANT HOMES

Hey all! Does anyone know the best way to find property owners of vacant properties in NJ... I know that I could go to the county courthouse and look in the deed/records room BUT I have a full time JOB (yes, is DOES mean Just Over Broke)... Is there anyway I can do this online or any other way anybody can think of? Any help is very welcome!! Thank you! Matt
