Finding Owners
i run across a lot of vacant properties that come up as estate props. Most i assume are going through legal battles for ownership. is ther any way to find out who the attorney and/or trustee is? if i do find out is it legal/ethical to get my name in front of these parties and let them know I want to buy or list the homes when the estate is settled?
