Go to the internet and type in "tenant screening" then sit back and start looking. You will find more than you need.

get a release form signed, and find a company that will pull credit's for you.
Or have the t/b pull their own credit and bring it too you.

There are indeed a multitude of screening companies listed online. Any recommendations or caveats for the beginner?
