Finding Local Investors Quickly And Cheaply

I know this has been discussed before, but I would like updated responses. What are the quickest and cheapest ways to find local investors. You know, for partnering, birddogging, assigning, etc.?

    You could start by calling the "I buy houses" ads.

    If you want to spend a little money, place an ad "Looking for investors for Real Estate Transactions...Will pay 15% interest" or something like that.

    simply start asking people if they know of anyone who owns real estate and ask them what their investment criteria is.
