Finding Info. On Vacant House??

sharpREI_PA profile photo

How do I find information on a vacant house I find that has good re-sell potential? I am going to knock on neighbor doors, but what are some other ways?

Thanks...

you might try the recorders office, in my area they have public computers to look up that public information, you also might try the planing department, with the street address, they can teyou a lot about the property

Hello Chris, this one is easy. Call your PVA office. That is Property Value Assessor office. They will tell you the name and phone number of the holder of deed on the property. It is all public record. I will also get you the tax assessed value of the property. You should locate the office in the blue government pages for that county or state office.
