Finding Appreciation - How
I know there is data out there which describes appreciation for given areas. Specifcially I am looking for Oakley, Cincinnati from 2000 to present. Any advice on where to get this info other than asking a realtor for it?
Your local board of realtors should be able to tell you what the median price home was last year vs what it is now. With those two numbers you should be able to compute an average rate of appreciation.
