Your ideal farm area is on that is fertileenough to grow the seeds that you plant, eventually allowing to to reap the harvest. This applies to wheat, corn, or houses and multi's. What are you wanting to accomplish? What are your resources? Unlimited resources? Downtown Commercial. Best cashflow? East side and south end... Miller Kelton and Parsons areas. Flipping usig L/O and subject to? far east side, west side, groveport, Grove City. Got guts... try Campus and points east. Answer is... there is no answer to so broad a question. Define the parameters of your goals, and LEARN the area that fits your needs. Yap at me if you need help on the east side... I grew up there... Walnut Ridge class of 1984.

    Good Luck,
