Training your dog to Point. (Sorry about cheesy themeing, it just hits me sometimes) What kind of information is an investor looking for from their Bird Dogs? Basics: Location condition type of investment (ie flipper, rehab, rental, foreclosure, subject to, etc) Medium: Sellers info Extended: Sellers reason for selling Sellers willingness to be creative Full MLS type information about theproperty Hyper Extended: Lein info Title info Rehab cost estimates (GC eval) These are just some of the basics that I'm looking to do for an investor. Does anyone have other's that I've overlooked? Also, how should I structure my fee request based on the level of info I provide? I'm thinking $100-500 for basic and medium. 500-1000 for Extended, and a % of the profit for Hyper Extended. Uber
