Do I Need Landlord Insurance?
I own 3 condos in Florida, all rented out on 2 year lease. do I need landlord insurance for each property? the reason I didn't have because: 1) not my furniture. 2) HOA' insurance covers all outside building, and liability. There are not much inside except wall and floor. Thanks for all your advise. :roll:
