Direct Lenders That Will Allow Deed To LLC At Closing
I would like to refinance a property with a direct lender that will allow me to deed the property to the LLC or trust at the closing as opposed to after when I will have to pay additional transfer taxes. Is anyone familiar with what banks I should contact? I have a good credit score and realize that the mortgage will be in my name.

I'm interested in the same issues. Is this transfer tax unique to NY properties? I'm buying on Long Island right now and didn't consider the double transfer taxes if I later tranfer to an LLC or trust. Do you have a recommended site or attorney for planning purposes in NY?
