For those who didn't click on the links, a guy out of the St. Pete area is charged with killing a couple in the course of trying to scam them out of a classic pickup truck.

As the authorities run down his history, they're learning that he was a serial killer. Some of his nefarious doings surround real estate deals. He allegedly tried to burn down a house he owned ... with the tenant mother and her kids asleep inside. He allegedly tried to kill a competitor who bid against him at a foreclosure sale. He allegedly forged his duplex landlord's name on a deed, bought insurance on the place and was preparing to burn it down while she slept in the other half.

In short, he was a nighmare.[ Edited by flacorps on Date 01/29/2004 ]
