Does anyone know of any lenders that will finance multiple SFR properties as on loan?
personally , I haven't heard of it but that does not mean it doesn't exsist.
It definitely does exist. I was talking to an investor the other day and he just did this. I don't recall if he mentioned the lender used, but a good broker should be able to figure this one out for you... Do you work with any mortgage brokers? [addsig]
