Credit Ratios
It is a sign of how little residential development I do these days that I have no idea what the underwriting ratios are anymore. But a buddy called up this morning thinking I should know because "you're in real estate".
Can anybody help me out so I don't look like a total doofus?
Debt to Income?
A paper- 38/42%
BCD paper- 50/55%
