Creative Ways To Buy AND Sell
Hello fellow investors. I have been doing investing for a couple of years and not full time. I am looking for the "Creative Ways" of buying and selling, and examples of each. Is this group willing to share these ideas with us and examples of each (that you can think of anyways)? I know some like SubTo Seller Finance (why would somebody do this) and a host of others I am sure. Please give some examples. I am sure alot of newbies can and will benefit. Thank you
