Could anyone direct me to what it is I should look for at the courthouse to find pproperties that are going to be sent out lis pendens letters or NOD NTS etc? I appreciate any Help!!as I am a NEWBY * What a Great Forum site***** Aloha and Thanks :-?

    You might try looking at the legal newspapers for your area. These papers list the public notices and foreclosures. Do a Google for legal newspapers in Hawaii.
