Contracts With Investors

hiya! What is the game plan with other investors ? Should we contract them to make sure that they do not go around our backs to counter our offers or should it be just a hand-shake. We use non-binding Buyer's Contracts with most sellers and we just wanted to run it by the Gurus here for opinion. Thanks !

    You should look into non compete covenents. I usually do hand shake deals, but only with people that I have already done deals with. Unfortunately, there are people in this business that make there money solely by screwing over bird dogs.
