Contacting Out Of State Owners...
I posted this elsewhere and didn't get much so I'm hoping someone will appeal to my newbian like message in the beginners forum where I belong

I''ve identified many of out of state owners. I want to send a note/postcard/letter (any advice on what is the best media?) to the out of state owners, but I'm stuck on words. My goal is to find motivated sellers, get property below market value, option it for 3-6 months, and find a new buyer within that time. Has anyone done this with success? Any help on the letters to send out?
