Comp Sites
What the sites that you can go to for comps. I know some have stated there are sites for a nominal fee, what are those sites and what are the fees. Yes, I know realtor's do them for free, but I can only go to the well so many times before it's dry. 8-/

Wells fargo has the best current info IMO.
I used yahoo, and they are old and outdated.
