City Acquired Property For Wholesale
The owner past away, the home was eventually boarded up by the city. There might be a tax lien on it. By checking the tax roll I will be able to find out who the owner is. If the only owner is now deceased and the city acquired it. How do I get control of the property to be abe to flip it wholesale? Thanks George

Have you talked to the city officials? They are usually more than willing to help you with the process. After all, they probably don't want the property.
