I'm working on my first deal. It's an REO located in Dolton, IL. I'm having a very difficult time dealing with the village to get the needed repairs done.
Has anyone else had any dealings with the Village of Dolton? Can you tell me what your experience was like.

I hear hey are difficult to deal with. Need all repairs done before you close. Sort of like a no escrow type thing. Good Luck, ~Mike
