Chicago, IL Investment Market - Help!!
I am considering purchasing some investment property in the City of Chicago and am not sure where to get started. Can anyone recommend an agent or firm that I could talk to...someone who might act as a mentor?
I'm a pretty young guy and hope someone might be able to take me under their wing. I already have several properties in Ohio, but want to get started where I grew up...but just don't know how.
Does anyone have any suggestions for who I could speak with to get started, or some good Chicago-area real estate websites?
