I'm a chicago college student trying to get into wholesaling in search of a mentor do help me out with a bit of "hand holding" and eventually some good bird dogs. I have created a real estate investment club for Chicago. The club is set up exclusively for soon to be, new and seasoned real estate investors. It consists of networking, genuine real estate education and a forum for those involved with the real estate investment industry. Please contact me for information. There is no cost to join, just a meeting fee of about $10 to cover the cost of the meeting room and some decent snacks for the meeting.
