Charlotte, NC Need Help Making The 1st Steps
I have joined my local REI club. I get all excited but I cannot get any further. I have the credit and the cash but need help making a few deals to get used to the waters. I would like to possibly partner with somebody and or looking for a mentor to help. I have done my own personal house on Commonwealthave a few years ago and have just finished my other house at the Lake Norman. I am looking to do this fulltime. If anybody can help or possibly direct me, it will be greatly appreciated.

In order to get people to call you, you've got to be marketing to them. You can make great strides in real estate if you focus your efforts in one or two areas of specialty.
What areas are your knowledge and specialty?

Sorry. See the excitement got to me already..but seriously I want to do basic fixer uppers to mid level. I also would like to do flips. Finally I want to hold and rent out some properties in areas to show potential growth for lease options later or just out right selling.
