Challenges Buying New Homes As Non-owner Occupied
All,
Is there anyone that has had success in overcoming the challenge of buying new homes as non-owner occupied? It looks like some markets are seeing builders that are only selling to buyers who intend to occupy the home. This is being enforced contractually. I have been focusing on new housing developments because I am looking to buy property in other markets and prefer to make a minimum of trips. Thanks in advance for any advice!
