On a lease purchase contract I read it says tenant/buyer acknoledges all CC&R's concerning this property. What does CC%R stand for?
On a lease purchase contract I read it says tenant/buyer acknoledges all CC&R's concerning this property. What does CC%R stand for?
Is it under a certain section? Or just in the contract..

It generally stands for covenants, codes and restrictions. It appears that this community has a homeowners association which is designed to keep the neighborhood property values from deteriorating due to poorly maintained homes, Junk cars out front etc. You should be provided with a copy of the CC&R's if your acknowledging them.
